Gino Sorbillo is a worldwide known neapolitan pizza maker. He is famous for his creativity and eclectism. He worked with chefs such as Gennaro Esposito of Torre del Saracino restaurant and Ernesto Iaccarino of Don Alfonso 1890 restaurant. He was guest star at Masterchef Italy and Australia tv show. Today, in the house that was once owned by her aunt Esterina Gino opened La Casa della Piazza (House of Pizza) that is the perfect location where the folkloristic soul and the cultured soul of city of Naples meet. House of Pizza is dedicated to his family, to pizza and obviously to the city of Naples.
Antonio Sorbillo, born in Naples has a degree in accounting. He’s the right hand of his older brother Gino. He works on a daily bases at Pizzeria Sorbillo, in the historical center of Naples: he starts to work very early, with his father Salvatore; he prepares the mixture for pizzas. He’s considered as a jolly in the pizzeria, since he makes pizza and if it is necessary he works at the cash machine. Antonio is also a great sports guy as he practices boxe.
